Job summary

TLC Lung Diagnostics in Calgary, Alberta is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our Pulmonary Function and Sleep Services team. You will perform pulmonary function testing, HSAT data review, CPAP setup, and patient education to support accurate diagnoses and effective treatment.

Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in good standing.
• Experience in Pulmonary Function Testing required.
• Experience with HSAT and/or CPAP therapy required.
• Strong patient education and communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to quality patient care and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform pulmonary function testing, including spirometry, bronchodilator testing, DLCO and other diagnostic testing.
• Perform and support Home Sleep Apnea Testing (HSAT), including patient education, monitor setup, downloading and reviewing data for scoring.
• Provide CPAP therapy setup, education, mask fitting and patient support.
• Educate patients on respiratory and sleep-related conditions and treatment.
• Ensure testing is performed according to established clinical, quality and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and communicate relevant findings to physicians.
• Participate in quality assurance and clinic improvement activities.

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Pulmonary Function & Sleep Services

TLC Lung Diagnostics is looking for a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team and provide high-quality patient care across our Pulmonary Function and Sleep Services.

This is an excellent opportunity for an RRT who enjoys a combination of diagnostic testing, patient education, and respiratory care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform pulmonary function testing, including spirometry, bronchodilator testing, DLCO and other diagnostic testing
