Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking a part-time Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) for day shifts in Etobicoke. You will deliver planned nursing care, communicate effectively with residents, families and the multidisciplinary team, and support the care plans within provincial standards.

You will mentor unregulated care providers, document care accurately, and contribute to a compassionate, resident-centered environment focused on real estate with purpose.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse in the applicable province.
• Proven clinical knowledge with seniors care experience.
• Experience with unregulated care providers is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide planned, patient-oriented nursing care per provincial standards.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and maintain continuous communication.
