Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) for a full-time 3PM-11PM shift at The Annex, Toronto. You’ll deliver planned nursing care, assess residents, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.

The role requires current RPN registration in Ontario, strong clinical knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Experience with geriatric populations and mentoring unregulated staff is valued.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) in Ontario
• Strong clinical knowledge and experience with seniors
• Experience working with unregulated care providers preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication and time management skills
