Full-Time and Part-Time

As an RPN, you are an integral part of the healthcare team, providing planned, resident-focused, and goal-directed care in accordance with provincial standards under the direction of the Director of Care.

Required Traits and Qualifications:

• Current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (O. Reg. 246/22, s. 51)
• Experience in a Long Term Care (Gerontology) setting is an asset
• Ability to perform care planning and coordinate care within a multidisciplinary team
• Proficiency with current care technology
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to act as Charge Nurse when required
• Effective communication with physicians
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional development
• Adherence to MLTC guidelines and requirements
• Skills to deliver effective, safe, and resident-centered care
• Ability to provide quality service exceeding residents' expectations
