Collingwood General & Marine Hospital in South Georgian Bay is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to join the Medical team on a temporary full-time (approximately one year) basis. You will work 12-hour shifts providing compassionate patient care to a diverse population while collaborating with an interprofessional team to deliver safe, high-quality care.

As part of our rural hospital, you’ll have access to education funding, potential student loan forgiveness, and paid time off in lieu.

Formación

• Registration with the College of Nurses as an RPN.
• Coronary Care 1 certification preferred.
• One year of applicable nursing experience preferred.

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients.
• Use supportive, therapeutic, palliative and rehabilitative approaches to help patients achieve their optimal health.
• Provide care and support to patients and families.
• Work collaboratively with our interprofessional team to deliver safe, coordinated, and high-quality patient care.
