Job summary

Carecor Health Services is seeking dedicated Registered Practical Nurses to support individuals with complex medical needs in the Greater Toronto Area. Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Practical Nurse with CNO in Ontario.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience in community, residential, or acute care settings preferred.
• Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care, airway management/suctioning, medication administration, and clinical documentation.
• Experience supporting technology-dependent clients with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and daily living activities.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
• Experience supporting individuals with complex medical needs and/or developmental disabilities is an asset.
• Vulnerable Sector Check (or ability to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centered nursing care and ongoing health monitoring.
• Administer medications and treatments within the RPN scope of practice.
• Provide hands-on care for clients with tracheostomies and ventilators, including airway management and monitoring equipment.
• Support technology-dependent clients with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and daily living activities.

Job Summary:

• Current unrestricted registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR certification.
