Job summary

Carecor Health Services, a Bayshore HealthCare subsidiary, is seeking Registered Nurses to support individuals with complex medical needs in the Greater Toronto Area. Qualifications

• Current unrestricted registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR certification.
• Minimum one year of acute care and/or community nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care, airway management, and documentation.
• Vulnerable Sector Check or ability to obtain one.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centered nursing care and perform health assessments.
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor resident health status.
• Provide hands-on care for clients with tracheostomies and ventilators, including airway management and monitoring equipment.
• Support technology-dependent clients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, dressing, mobility, and nutrition.
• Develop and maintain individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and support staff to ensure quality care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Promote the health, safety, dignity, and well-being of residents.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to team members.

• Current unrestricted registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR certification
• Minimum one (1) year of acute care and/or community nursing experience preferred
• Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care, airway management/suctioning, medication administration, and clinical documentation
• Experience supporting technology-dependent clients with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and daily living activities
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Experience supporting individuals with complex medical needs and/or developmental disabilities is an asset
• Valid Vulnerable Sector Check (or ability to obtain one)
• Demonstrated commitment to person-centered care, professionalism, and safety standards
