Job summary

Carecor Health Services, a Bayshore HealthCare subsidiary, is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) for evergreen opportunities in the Greater Toronto Area. This casual, part-time posting offers flexible shifts and exposure to diverse clinical settings.

You'll provide hands-on nursing care, administer medications, monitor health status, and document care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, while upholding CNO standards and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR certification.
• Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience in community, residential, or acute care settings preferred.
• Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care, airway management/suctioning, medication administration, and clinical documentation.
• Experience supporting technology-dependent clients with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and daily living activities.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
• Experience supporting individuals with complex medical needs and/or developmental disabilities is an asset.
• Valid Vulnerable Sector Check (or ability to obtain one).
• Demonstrated commitment to person-centered care, professionalism, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:
