The Hospital for Sick Children is seeking a Registered Pharmacy Technician to accurately dispense and compound medications, check final releases, and support patient safety in a fast-paced paediatric setting.
You will perform dispensing, compounding, and aseptic tasks under pharmacist supervision, with emphasis on accuracy, documentation and regulatory compliance. Temporary/Full-time/Contract roles available.

The Registered Pharmacy Technician is responsible and professionally accountable for accurately and efficiently carrying out the technical tasks of pharmaceutical dispensing and compounding and for checking and approving the final release of product prior to administration to the patient. These activities are carried out in a manner that ensures patient safety and compliance with regulatory requirements, professional standards of practice, policies and guidelines, with due regard for ethical principles and protection of patient privacy and confidentiality.
