Neighbourly Pharmacy Inc. is seeking a Registered Pharmacy Technician for Pine Pharmacy in Pine Falls, Manitoba. You will handle prescriptions with care, ensure safe medication preparation, and support team operations in a busy community pharmacy.

Role emphasizes accuracy, patient records compliance, and collaboration with Pharmacy Assistants to maintain high-quality service for our patients across Canada.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with Manitoba College of Pharmacists.
• Injection certification is an asset.
• Kroll software experience is an asset.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and accurately transcribe verbal prescriptions from healthcare providers.
• Ensure patient safety through accurate and high-quality preparation and release of medications.
• Transfer prescriptions to and receive prescriptions from other pharmacies.
• Process prescriptions by entering orders, counting, measuring, compounding, and packaging medications.
• Perform final checks on prepared prescriptions for accuracy and safety.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Oversee Pharmacy Assistants to ensure efficient and safe prescription filling.
