Job summary

Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a Full-Time Pharmacist to join Scales Drug Store in Swan River, Manitoba. You will deliver clinical services, including medication reviews and chronic disease management, and administer vaccines to support patient care.

You will ensure safe, evidence-based drug therapy, counsel patients, supervise interns, and uphold regulatory standards in a collaborative team environment. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the Manitoba College of Pharmacist
• Injection certification required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Counsel patients on prescriptions, over-the-counter products, and health-related topics, including indications, contraindication, side effects, and proper usage and storage
• Supervise pharmacy students or provisional pharmacists in performing restricted activities
• Ensure compliance with all federal, provincial, and regulatory standards governing pharmacy practice
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Assist with daily pharmacy operations and perform other duties as assigned
