Formación

• Must be licensed and in good standing with Saskatchewan College of Pharmacists.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must be collaborative and able to work in a team.

Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Registered Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Pharmasave #429 in Humboldt, Saskatchewan.

Patient Focused Care Responsibilities

• Receive and accurately transcribe verbal prescriptions from healthcare providers
• Ensure patient safety through accurate and high-quality preparation and release of medications
• Transfer prescriptions to and receive prescriptions from other pharmacies
• Process prescriptions by entering orders, counting, measuring, compounding, and packaging medications
• Methadone dosing preparation
• Perform final checks on prepared prescriptions for accuracy and safety
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards
• Oversee Pharmacy Assistants to ensure efficient and safe prescription filling
• Care home experience is an asset

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with Saskatchewan College of Pharmacists
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
