Extendicare is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Tri-Town Home in Haileybury, ON. This opportunity includes Temporary Full-Time with varied shifts, offering competitive compensation between $36.06 and $54.59 per hour and a robust benefits package.

You’ll liaise with an interdisciplinary team to develop and evaluate resident care plans and provide leadership to nursing and personal care staff. We participate in CCPN with a $25,000 retention bonus for eligible nurses.

• Experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.

REGISTERED NURSE

Extendicare is pleased to partner with HealthForceOntario (HFO) as an approved employer for the Community Commitment Program for Nurses (CCPN) which provides a $25,000 retention bonus to eligible nurses in exchange for a 24-month, full-time commitment.

What you’ll be doing

• Liaise with interdisciplinary team and care providers to develop, implement, review and evaluate resident complex care plans including education and support.
• Provide leadership to nursing and personal care staff by planning, directing, supervising and evaluating their work.
