The Leduc Beaumont Devon Primary Care Network is a joint venture between participating local family physicians and Alberta Health Services. Our mandate is to sustain and enhance the quality, coordination, and integration of healthcare services in Leduc and area and to improve the quality of life for the community of patients and physicians.
The Leduc Beaumont Devon Primary Care Network seeks an engaged and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our multi-disciplinary healthcare team. The incumbent will deliver a broad range of nursing skills and services to a diverse population within physician clinics across the region as well as the PCN central clinic. Our teams are essential to the provision of community-based care (i.e. outside of AHS facilities), facilitating wellness, navigating the health system, and offering education and guidance.
