Job summary

Stevenson Memorial Hospital in Alliston is seeking a Registered Nurse, Perioperative on a temporary part-time basis. The role supports the interdisciplinary team and focuses on quality patient and family-centered care in line with hospital standards.

Responsibilities include working in the perioperative department, with shifts weekdays to include various times. A current CNO license, BCLS and perioperative certification are required, with at least two years of relevant OR/Recovery/ICU experience.

Qualifications And Experience

• Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses (CNO) as a Registered Nurse.
• Current BCLS.
• Perioperative Nurse Certificate from a recognized program required.
• Two (2) years recent experience in Operating Room, Recovery or Critical Care units.

Hours of Work

In order to provide the necessary patient care, our operations run 24/7. There is the expectation that you are available to work weekdays, weekends and all shifts (days, nights, 12 hours).
