Job summary

Qualifications

• Registration with the CNO as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN).
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Experience in delivering community/home care is an asset.
• Willingness to travel to patient residences within a designated area.
• On-call coverage, including after hours, to ensure patient safety.
