Job summary

ParaMed Home Health Care seeks a Registered Practical Nurse to perform community visits across a designated Ontario area. You will provide ethical nursing care, assess patient needs, and implement care plans in home settings.

Requirements include current CNO registration and a valid driver's license. Travel is required; reliability and flexibility are essential for success within this team-driven role.
