Job summary

ParaMed is seeking an RN or RPN for part-time community-based nursing in Kenora, Keewatin, and Sioux Narrows, Ontario. You will visit patients in homes to provide compassionate, ethical care within your scope of practice, supporting independence and comfort.

The role requires registration with the CNO, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel in the designated area. On-call coverage, including after hours, is required to ensure patient safety and care continuity.

Qualifications

  • Registration with the CNO as a Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse in good standing.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
  • Experience delivering community care is an asset.
  • Willingness to travel to patient residences within a designated area.
  • On-call coverage, including after hours, to ensure patient safety.
  • Experience working with the vulnerable population.
  • Passion for making a difference in your community.
