Mississippi River Health Alliance (MRHA) seeks an experienced nurse to provide high-quality care in the Operating Room, Recovery Room and pre-operative areas. You will work within a motivated team to deliver patient-centered care across our affiliated facilities in Lanark County and surrounding communities.
The incumbent will apply the nursing process, uphold the College of Nurses of Ontario standards, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and efficient perioperative care.
Almonte General Hospital and Carleton Place & DistrictMemorial Hospital created the Mississippi River Health Alliance (MRHA) in 2016to formalize their commitment to work together to improve each patient andresident’s overall health care experience through a strong, coordinated systemof care. An integrated Senior Team leads the two Hospitals, as well as FairviewManor and Lanark County Paramedic Service which are operating divisions of AGH.Over 600 caring staff, physicians and midwives provide excellent primary, acuteand long-term care to citizens of Lanark County, West Ottawa and RenfrewCounty.
The incumbent is responsible for providingquality-nursing care to patients and their families in the OperatingRoom/Recovery Room and pre-op in a highly motivated team setting.
