Job summary

Mississippi River Health Alliance (MRHA) is seeking a compassionate Personal Support Worker to assist residents in complex continuing care and long-term care settings, delivering hands-on care and daily living support.

The successful candidate will join a dedicated inter-disciplinary team, promote respectful communication, and ensure safety and comfort for patients and residents.

Qualifications

Almonte General Hospital and Carleton Place & DistrictMemorial Hospital created the Mississippi River Health Alliance (MRHA) in 2016to formalize their commitment to work together to improve each patient andresident’s overall health care experience through a strong, coordinated systemof care. An integrated Senior Team leads the two Hospitals, as well as FairviewManor and Lanark County Paramedic Service which are operating divisions of AGH.Over 600 caring staff, physicians and midwives provide excellent primary, acuteand long-term care to citizens of Lanark County, West Ottawa and RenfrewCounty.
