Island Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct nursing care in a hospital or community setting. The role involves adhering to established standards and guidelines while ensuring patient safety and quality improvement. Candidates must be registered with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives and possess relevant experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Reports to the Nurse Manager, Department Head, or designate. Plans and provides direct nursing care to patients/residents in the hospital or community, following the unit/program philosophy, competency guidelines, policies, and the BC College of Nurses and Midwives Standards for Nursing Practice in British Columbia.
Registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant. Up to two (2) years of recent, relevant experience, depending on the clinical setting.
