Job Overview

Paradigm, an accountable specialty care management organization, is seeking a Field RN Case Manager to cover the greater Vancouver, WA and Portland, OR areas. This home-based role involves travel to various locations such as doctors' offices and hospitals, with travel up to 2 hours one-way.

Responsibilities
  • Medical case management of work-related injuries, including assessment, planning, coordination, and evaluation.
  • Work with insurance carriers, medical providers, attorneys, employers, and employees.
  • Monitor injured workers' progress and report outcomes to employers and insurance carriers.
Qualifications
  • Current, unencumbered RN licenses in Washington and Oregon.
  • Experience in workers' compensation case management.
  • Preferred certifications: CCM, CRRN, CDMS, CRC.
  • Skills: organization, communication, technology proficiency, autonomous work capability, patient education.
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving history.
