Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensed in Ontario to join our innovative integrative health care team. This is a virtual, referral-based position offering flexibility and collaboration with naturopathic doctors (NDs) to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.

We work within a collaborative model that blends conventional and complementary medical approaches to optimize patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual consultations for patients referred by licensed naturopathic doctors
• Collaborate with NDs to review assessments and co-develop integrative care plans
• Prescribe, order labs/imaging, and provide follow-up as appropriate within NP scope
• Support patients with chronic and complex conditions, including cancer, autoimmune disorders, and hormonal imbalances
• Document encounters and communicate clearly with referring practitioners

Qualifications:

• Licensed and in good standing as a Nurse Practitioner in Ontario
• Experience or strong interest in integrative, functional, or lifestyle medicine
• Comfortable working independently in a virtual care setting
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Availability for a minimum of 4–6 hours per week (flexible scheduling)

Assets:

• Prescribing authority for bioidentical hormones, low-dose naltrexone, or other integrative therapies
• Experience with EMRs and virtual care platforms
• Training in nutrition, mind-body medicine, or complementary therapies (We have a training program for providers joining our team)
