Job summary

ParaMed is Canada’s leading home health care provider, hiring a Registered Nurse for community visits across various settings. You will assess patient needs, implement care plans, and maintain detailed records, traveling to patient residences as needed.

Eligible candidates hold CNO RN registration, a valid driver's license, and a passion for community care. On-call coverage is required, with opportunities for career advancement and comprehensive benefits.

Job Description Up to $5000 Sign on Bonus In this community nursing role, as a Registered Nurse (RN) you will have scheduled visits to care for patients in various settings. You will work with patients of all ages with differing complexity of care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible.
