• Providing client care through observation, assessment, diagnosis, counseling, and health teaching.
• Following care plans to ensure emotional, spiritual, physical comfort, and safety.
• Performing routine and specialized nursing duties within scope of practice.
• Documenting client conditions accurately.
• Implementing infection prevention practices.
• Participating in ongoing education and quality improvement activities.
• Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining confidentiality.
• Completing additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• RN or RPN from an accredited school, current registration, and CPR certification.
• Clear criminal background check, negative TB test, valid driver’s license, and reliable vehicle.
