Bayshore HealthCare’s Northern Staffing program has been providing high-quality community health care solutions to Canada's North since 1997. Our Healthcare Professionals work closely with diverse Indigenous communities (First Nations, Inuit, and Métis), delivering essential care to community members. We hire passionate team members from across Canada who travel on assignments to remote northern communities in British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. This role offers a unique chance to expand your clinical scope of practice while experiencing adventure! Average assignment durations range from 2 to 6 weeks.

Motivations:
Bachelor's degree or higher.
At least 2 years (3000 hours) of full-time experience as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse or Mental Health Nurse, or at least 1 year (1500 hours) of full-time experience working in remote, isolated, or semi-isolated communities in these roles.
