Job summary

BaptistCare Strathalan Community is seeking a Registered Nurse (PPT) to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. You will support residents, lead care staff, and ensure clinical excellence in a collaborative team across shifts from Monday to Thursday mornings.

• Recent graduates preferred.
• Availability from Monday to Thursday for 8 AM to 12 PM (Mandatory).

• Lead, mentor and support care staff.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families and the multidisciplinary team.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines clinical excellence with genuine compassion.

You will have:

• Current AHPRA Registered Nurse (Division 1)
• Recent graduates preferred

• Passion for person-centred aged care
• Strong clinical, communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer literacy and clinical documentation skills
