TELUS Health Care Centres is looking for a Registered Nurse to join the Family Health program in Edmonton. You will assess care needs on intake, triage and navigation to appropriate services, and manage care plans with independence and collaboration with physicians and other providers.
You’ll provide comprehensive health assessments, immunizations, and chronic disease management while staying current with guidelines and best practices.

Our team and what we’ll accomplish together TELUS Health Care Centres is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Family Health program in Edmonton. You'll build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients across their care journey—not episodic encounters. You'll have autonomy to assess, diagnose, and manage care plans independently, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to deliver preventive and chronic disease care. The Edmonton Care Centre serves families seeking accessible primary care—from preventive health and immunizations to management of chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension. Registered Nurses play an integral role in the provision of high-quality care across all our programs. As a Registered Nurse in our Family Health program, you'll conduct comprehensive health assessments, develop individualized care plans, manage complex chronic conditions, and serve as a health coach—making clinical decisions that directly improve patient outcomes.
