Qualicare Homecare is seeking compassionate RNs to join our Edmonton team delivering in-home nursing care focused on quality of life and family peace of mind.

Applicants without prior RN home-care experience in Edmonton will not be considered. You will coordinate with other disciplines to assess needs and implement the Plan of Care with ongoing supervision where required.

Qualifications

• Current certificate of competence and good standing with CRNA.

Job Summary

Applicants without previous RN home-care/community nursing experience in Edmonton will not be considered for this position.

The RN is responsible for the quality; adequacy of services provided and may, where required, supervise staff. The RN is responsible for ensuring that care is delivered appropriately and the standards of quality are adhered to.

The RN is responsible for working with other medical disciplines (i.e., PT, OT, SLP) to ensure coordinated services and that all of the client’s needs are identified through the assessment process and addressed through the implementation of the Plan of Care and re-evaluation and supervisory process.

Priority consideration will be given to RNs who are currently registered with CRNA, reside in the Edmonton area, and have previous Edmonton home-care/community nursing experience.
