Job summary

Echelon Wellness Inc. is seeking licensed massage therapists to join our team serving Canada's Military Veterans and RCMP members. This in-person role emphasizes compassionate, evidence-based treatment plans and collaborative care within a multidisciplinary team.

You will maintain confidential EMR documentation, stay current with best practices, and contribute to a supportive, purpose-driven workplace with competitive compensation ($60k–$100k CAD) and extended health and dental benefits.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Massage Therapy.
• Active registration with provincial regulatory college.
• Strong clinical documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Active liability insurance coverage.
• Applicants must have the right to work in Canada; sponsorship is not offered.

• Create personalized, evidence-based treatment plans reflecting each patient’s unique needs.
