Job summary

Echelon Wellness Inc. in Kingston, Ontario, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our community serving Canada's Military Veterans and RCMP members. The role offers full-time or part-time options and is in-person.

You will conduct initial assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide physical therapy for musculoskeletal conditions. We value teamwork, strong communication, and compassionate care; proficiency with documentation and collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy and provincial registration.
• Acupuncture certificate is an asset, but not required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

What You Do:

• Initial Assessment/Development of treatment plans
• Provide physical therapy for various musculoskeletal conditions
• Maintain caseload guidelines and ensure effective patient outcomes

What We're Looking For:

• A master's level degree in Physical Therapy
• Registered and in good standing with your provincial college
• Certificate in acupuncture is an asset, but not required
• Strong interpersonal relations, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
• Proficient computer, written and verbal communication skills
• Salary: 90K - 110K Annually
