Echelon Wellness Inc. is recruiting a Licensed Nurse Practitioner to serve Canada’s Veterans and RCMP members.

In this hybrid, in-person role you will perform clinical assessments, prepare VAC disability documentation, and provide personalized pain management. You will prescribe medical compounds and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop evidence-based treatment plans, while guiding patients with education and compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current license as Nurse Practitioner in good standing.
• Demonstrates strong clinical judgment and precise documentation.
• Familiar with EMR/EHR systems and digital tools.

What You Do:

• Conduct clinical assessments
• Prepare disability assessment documentation for VAC (Veterans Affairs Canada)
• Personalized Pain Management
• Prescribe medical compounds and products essential to a patients’ wellness journey
• Advise, refer, develop and execute personalized evidence-based treatment plans
• Educational guidance on individuals’ healthcare
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in conjunction with suggested treatment plans

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in good standing
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
• Comfortable with EMRs and digital tools
• Passion for patient-centered care and impact
• Salary: 155K – 185K Annually
