Job summary

Echelon Wellness Inc. in Canada seeks a dedicated Social Worker (MSW) to join a multidisciplinary team serving veterans and RCMP members.

You will conduct initial assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide personal and family counselling in a hybrid in-person setting. Applicants must hold a Master’s in Social Work, be registered and in good standing with the provincial college, and demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.

What We’re Looking For:

• A master’s level degree in social work (MSW)
• Registered and in good standing with provincial college as a Social Worker

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
• Proficient computer, written and verbal communication skills
• Salary: 80K – 100K Annually
