Job summary

Echelon Wellness Inc. in St. John’s, Canada, is seeking a Licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our team.

This full-time/part-time position offers in-person or hybrid work and is dedicated to serving Veterans and RCMP members with compassionate, patient-centered care. You will conduct clinical assessments, prepare VAC disability documentation, and develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of professionals.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in good standing.
• Right to work in Canada (no sponsorship).
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills.
• Comfortable with EMRs and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments.
• Prepare disability documentation for VAC.
• Personalized pain management.
• Prescribe medical compounds and products for wellness.
• Advise, refer, develop and execute evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide educational guidance on healthcare.

What You Do:

• Personalized Pain Management
• Prescribe medical compounds and products essential to a patients’ wellness journey

• Educational guidance on individuals’ healthcare
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in conjunction with suggested treatment plans
