Job summary

CBI Health in Sarnia, ON is seeking a Registered Massage Therapist to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team as an independent contractor. You’ll build and grow your massage therapy practice within our well-supported clinic while delivering evidence-based care.

We support your professional autonomy with flexible hours, comprehensive administrative support, and a collaborative environment focused on patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Registration in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) or equivalent.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• The ability to facilitate our clients' needs by exceeding their expectations.
• Relevant experience is a definite asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and treat clients referred for massage therapy.
• Contribute to a team that provides massage therapy as part of rehabilitation.
• Communicate goals and expectations of treatment to clients and the treatment team.
• Maintain records of massage therapy assessments and treatment notes.

About this opportunity

As a Registered Massage Therapist at our Sarnia Health Centre, you'll have ample opportunity to build and grow your massage therapy business as an independent contractor in a well-supported rehabilitation setting.

Fee split:

65%–70%

• Perform assessments and treat clients who are referred directly for massage therapy
• Contribute to a team that provides massage therapy to clients as part of their overall rehabilitation
• Communicates goals and expectations of the treatment to the clients and the rest of the treatment team
