We’re currently looking for a Registered Dietitian to join our incredible team at Point Grey Private Hospital in Vancouver, B.C.

As our Registered Dietitian, you’ll play a central role in supporting residents’ nutritional health and overall quality of life. You’ll conduct assessments, develop personalized care plans, and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure residents receive the dietary support they need—tailored to both medical and personal preferences.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Resident Nutrition Care

  • Conduct initial and ongoing nutritional assessments for residents.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans.
  • Track weight changes, lab values, and intake to address any nutritional concerns.

Collaborative Team Support

  • Contribute to care planning and interdisciplinary team discussions.
  • Provide documentation for MDS assessments and care conferences.
  • Communicate dietary changes to the Director of Care and kitchen staff.

Education & Menu Support

  • Educate staff on best practices in nutrition and hydration.
  • Assist with reviewing and enhancing menus to meet resident needs.
  • Help ensure compliance with licensing standards and care quality requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
  • A Registered Dietitian under College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC).
  • Experience in long-term care or healthcare settings strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with MDS, PointClickCare, and care planning documentation is an asset.
  • Restricted Activity A certification (current).
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us:

  • Extended health & dental benefits
  • RRSP matching up to 3%
  • Paid vacation
  • A collaborative and resident-focused team
  • The opportunity to make a meaningful impact—every single day
