You are a Registered Dietitian registered with the College of Dietitians of British Columbia (or willing to obtain registration) who has experience in and is passionate about weight management, helping others to improve their health, and ultimately, transform their life!

About Us:

Diet Redefined is a private practice that specializes in empowering busy professionals to lose weight - without restrictions or traditional dieting, and while improving their health.

We are growing, and we are looking to onboard a Registered Dietitian to join our team!

We are seeking a Registered Dietitian to support clients through a healthy weight loss program. The ideal candidate will be passionate about and have experience in weight management and helping others to make positive lifestyle changes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Biweekly 1:1 Consultations: Conduct personalized, in-depth meetings with clients to assess their needs, set goals, and provide guidance on their weight management journey.
2. Guidance: Provide guidance on challenges such as meal prep, travel, eating out, busy lifestyles, portion control, making healthier food choices, and behaviour change.
3. Create Custom Meal Plans: Using That Clean Life, catered to the client's dietary preferences and goals.
4. Progress Reviews: Analyze clients' progress and adapt plans as needed to optimize results.
5. Food Diary Review: Assess clients’ food diaries to ensure they are on the right track and to provide constructive feedback and actionable insights to promote healthier choices in line with their weight management goals.
6. Check-Ins and Email Support: Check in with clients via email weekly to provide support, accountability, and answer questions.
7. Community Engagement: Engage with members in our private community.

Your Qualifications:

1. Active registration with the College of Dietitian of British Columbia OR willingness to obtain BC license from a different province.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in weight management and nutritional counselling OR desire and willingness to learn.
3. Passionate about making healthy dietary changes to support healthy, sustainable weight management.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Experience using That Clean Life, MyFitnessPal and/or Cronometer is a plus.
