Job summary

Moosomin Dental Clinic is looking for a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our full-time team in Canada. You will prepare treatment rooms, assist dentists and hygienists, take X-rays, and maintain IPAC-compliant sterilization and infection control. Your role includes updating patient charts and supporting scheduling and admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be registered or certified as a Dental Assistant with the provincial regulatory body.
• Previous dental assisting experience is preferred.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures.
• Assist dentists and hygienists during treatments, ensuring patient comfort.
• Take dental X‑rays and digital images as required.
• Perform instrument sterilization and infection control per IPAC standards.
• Update patient charts and provide oral hygiene education.
• Support scheduling, patient flow, and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver high-quality care.

Your Role:

About You:

Registered and/or Certified as a Dental Assistant with your Provincial regulatory body or association is required. Previous dental assisting experience is preferred.
