Market Mall Dental Care in Calgary, AB seeks a Registered and/or Certified Dental Assistant to join our family-oriented practice. You will prepare treatment rooms, assist dentists and hygienists, take dental X-rays, and maintain infection control in a fast-paced setting.

You will support patient education, scheduling, and administrative tasks while upholding privacy and safety guidelines to ensure high-quality care for patients of all ages.

Qualificações

• Registered and/or Certified Dental Assistant with your provincial regulatory body.
• Previous dental assisting experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures, ensuring a clean and safe environment
• Assist dentists and hygienists during treatments, maintaining patient comfort and workflow
• Take dental X-rays and digital images as required
• Perform instrument sterilization and infection control following IPAC standards
• Update patient charts and provide education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Support scheduling, patient flow, and administrative tasks
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver efficient, high-quality care
• Follow all privacy, safety, and regulatory guidelines
• Establish strong patient relationships while maintaining ethical professional behaviour

Schedule:

• Tuesday: 11:15 a.m. – 7:15 p.m.
• Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• One Saturday per month: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

About You:
