Boundary Trails Dental Centre in Morden, MB is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. You will prepare rooms, assist clinicians, take dental X-rays, and maintain strict IPAC standards in a patient-centered environment.

As part of our team, you will update charts, support scheduling, and contribute to high-quality care while building strong patient relationships. This role offers a supportive workplace with ongoing training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be registered and/or certified as a Dental Assistant with provincial regulatory body.
• Previous dental assisting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures.
• Assist dentists and hygienists during treatments.
• Take dental X-rays and digital images as required.
• Perform instrument sterilization and infection control following IPAC standards.
• Update patient charts and provide education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Support scheduling, patient flow, and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver efficient, high-quality care.
• Follow all privacy, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
• Establish strong patient relationships while maintaining ethical professional behaviour.

About You:
