Job summary

Enbridge Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager, Wind Operations to oversee a portfolio of wind assets, driving safety, reliability, and performance. You will coach Plant Managers and site leaders across geographically dispersed operations while optimizing maintenance, budgets, and vendor performance.

The role requires 8+ years in wind or related energy, with a strong safety and regulatory background. Expect 30–50% travel across Canada and the U.S.; base salary reflects Ontario locations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience within power generation, renewable energy, utilities, or industrial operations.
• Demonstrated experience leading multi-site operations and maintenance activities for wind generation assets.
• Strong knowledge of safety management, regulatory compliance, contractor oversight, and field operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe, reliable operation of a regional portfolio of wind facilities while promoting a strong safety-first culture.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to Plant Managers and site leaders across dispersed operations.
• Drive operational excellence through maintenance execution, outage planning, contractor management, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Manage operating budgets, forecasting, resource allocation, and contractor/vendor performance to meet objectives.
• Partner with Engineering, Asset Management, Safety, Environment, and Supply Chain to optimize asset reliability and performance.
• Support integration of new wind assets ensuring readiness, workforce capability, and regulatory compliance.
• Champion continuous improvement, asset optimization, and major capital initiatives across the regional portfolio.
