Job summary

Ontario Clean Water Agency invites applications for the role of Regional Manager - G.E. Booth Water Resources Recovery Facility in Mississauga, ON. You will lead a diverse team and ensure regulatory compliance for the Region of Peel’s largest wastewater facility.

Ideal candidates will hold a Class 3 or Class 4 Wastewater Treatment License, drive safety, manage capital projects, and coordinate with regulators to deliver reliable water services across Ontario.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Class 3 or Class 4 Wastewater Treatment License.
• Strong leadership of diverse staff including unionized workers.
• Experience with SCADA (alarm monitoring) and asset management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of regulatory and contractual obligations for the G.E. Booth WRRF in Peel Region.
• Plan and manage wastewater treatment operations and maintenance to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Oversee capital expansion programs and input to design for major projects.
• Manage client relationships, budgeting, and strategic planning for the unit.
