Yamaha Motor Canada Ltd. is seeking a Regional Technical Manager for Western BC & Yukon to lead technical and service support across Yamaha dealer networks.

This full-time role reports to the National Manager, Field Technical Support and requires hands-on coaching, field diagnostics, and performance improvement initiatives. Based in Western BC/Yukon with 40%+ national travel and 10-30% international travel, you will drive dealer capability, warranty collaboration, and service excellence while

Qualifications

Degree/Diploma or technical designation.
5+ years technical marine, motorsport & PTV retail/wholesale experience.
Valid auto driver’s license; M Class license optional; PCOC required.

Responsibilities

Provide remote and on-site technical support for complex diagnostics and troubleshooting.
Coach dealer technicians to improve technical skills and service quality.
Identify trends and opportunities to improve dealer service performance.
Maintain records of dealer contacts and field visits; prepare reports.
