Fraserway RV LP in Whitehorse, Yukon is hiring a Regular Full-Time Parts Advisor to join our dealership team. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, assisting customers with parts questions, and maintaining accurate parts inventories.

The successful candidate will be mechanically inclined, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and have experience in retail parts and inventory. Weekend availability is required, with a standard Monday-Saturday schedule.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with parts-related questions and inquiries
• Process parts orders accurately and efficiently to support a positive customer experience
• Follow up on backorders and coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers
• Merchandise and organize new parts displays
• Check and maintain inventory location codes
• Schedule customer appointments
• Create work orders based on phone and in-person requests
• Prepare estimates and quotes for repair work
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager

Location: Whitehorse, YT
Employment Type: Regular Full-Time
Schedule: 5 days per week, Monday to Saturday, with weekend availability required

We are currently seeking a Regular Full-Time Parts Advisor to join our team at our Whitehorse, Yukon dealership. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service, is mechanically inclined, and has an interest in the RV and outdoor lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist customers with parts-related questions and inquiries
• Process parts orders accurately and efficiently to support a positive customer experience
• Follow up on backorders and coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers
• Merchandise and organize new parts displays
• Check and maintain inventory location codes
• Schedule customer appointments
• Create work orders based on phone and in-person requests
• Prepare estimates and quotes for repair work
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager

What You Bring

To be successful in this role, you should:

• Have strong customer service and communication skills
• Be mechanically inclined
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Have retail parts and inventory experience; RV or automotive experience is considered an asset
• Possess basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Be available to work weekends as required
