We are seeking a skilled Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a virtual territory and driving sales growth across Canada.

Key responsibilities include achieving annual sales objectives, building strong relationships with veterinary clinics, and staying up-to-date on market trends and competitive products.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, expand your knowledge of our product portfolio, and contribute to a high-performing team culture.

To succeed in this position, you should have a strong background in sales, account management, and strategic business planning.

You should also be proficient in CRM systems, digital platforms, and have excellent communication skills.

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for :

  • Managing a national virtual territory using CRM systems and digital tools.

  • Expanding your knowledge of our product portfolio and communicating it effectively to clients.
  • Staying up-to-date on market trends, competitive products, and developments in veterinary care.
  • Attending industry conferences and participating in in-person meetings or events as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need :

  • A bachelor's degree or registered veterinary technologist (RVT) diploma preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, ideally within the animal health industry.
  • Strong virtual communication skills and comfort using digital platforms for client interactions.
  • Proven ability in account management and strategic business planning.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Growth mindset, coachability, and motivation to exceed performance goals.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to travel as required for conferences, key account meetings, or internal events.
  • Must reside in Canada and be legally eligible to work.
