Position: Regional Sales Manager – Southwestern Ontario

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for all sales, marketing, and customer service functions within the assigned region. They prepare and implement sales and promotional strategies to maximize sales benefits. They are the primary contact for their designated accounts and will establish relationships with them. The Regional Sales Manager manages their territory like it was their own business.

Responsibilities:
  1. Meet and achieve budget targets, territory planning, reporting
  2. Conduct face-to-face training and demonstrations in clinics as needed
  3. Assist with patient troubleshooting in clinics
  4. Plan, schedule, and maintain contact with customers
  5. Build strategic partnerships and grow Phonak share of wallet
  6. Implement and grow value-added service programs in the territory
  7. Provide training and support for clinicians
  8. Organize and conduct presentations for seminars and conventions
  9. Stay updated on recent technological changes
  10. Collaborate with other departments to support growth in the territory
  11. Perform other duties as assigned by the Regional Sales Director
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree; degrees in business, sales, marketing preferred
  • Background in medical, technical product, or audiology preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience; experience in field sales management a plus
  • Experience selling technical products in the Medical Device industry preferred
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-through skills
  • Self-motivated and competitive
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Team player with a focus on building customer relationships
  • Ability to understand audiology technology
  • Willingness to travel frequently overnight
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM, Salesforce preferred
Additional Requirements:

A minimum internet speed of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload is required for remote/hybrid work support.
