Job summary

nVent is seeking an experienced outside sales professional to grow the ERICO/ILSCO business across Eastern Canada, with heavy travel within the region. You will manage opportunities, lead third-party agents, and build relationships with end users and distributors.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical outside sales, a strong grasp of value-based selling, and experience with Salesforce. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and a driver’s license is required for regional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent outside sales experience.
• Outside sales experience focused on commercial/projects.
• CRM proficiency, preferably Salesforce, with ability to manage opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals for nVent ERICO/ILSCO in Eastern Canada by converting new business.
• Lead 3rd party sales agents and align goals with territory strategy.
• Build relationships with end users and distributor partners at multiple levels.
• Provide product expertise and coordinate contractor training.
• Deliver and refine presentations highlighting benefits and value propositions.
• Develop sales strategies to achieve regional targets and communicate market feedback.
