Keyloop Canada is seeking a Regional Sales Director to drive dealer sales growth and manage a team of Regional Sales Managers. You will work closely with the VP, Sales - Canada, the National Sales Director and cross-functional teams to craft strategies and promote Keyloop Canada products and services.

The role requires a strong track record in sales team management within automotive markets, with extensive collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of sales experience in relevant industries.
• At least 5 years of sales management experience.
• Significant experience in the automotive sector.
• Experience selling SaaS and cloud-based solutions.
• Proven ability to lead sales teams to target attainment.
• Excellent communication skills and relationship building.
• Self-driven, resilient, and highly motivated.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on regional sales objectives per plans.
• Lead the Regional Sales Team to meet targets and grow revenue.
• Prepare and present to C-level and management at dealers.
• Collaborate with Product Sales Managers and enablement teams.
• Forecasts and manage pipeline for territories.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
