Responsibilities
- Own full accountability for key recruitment engagements across our bakery functions, including individual contributor and leadership roles.
- Full cycle ATS (ICIMS) management, from job posting to candidate sourcing and screening, interviews coordination, and supporting offer and post-offer processes leading to Day 1 onboarding
- Lead and execute recruitment marketing and candidate experience and communications efforts
- Act as subject matter expert by driving excellence in the candidate experience, and supporting our talent and development team to activate training and development opportunities for our hiring managers and people leaders
- Proactively partner with the business to understand future talent needs and build talent pipelines Support delivery of regular (weekly) candidate attraction, activity, and efficiency metrics through the engagement
Requirements
- A university or college with a degree in business/HR/Marketing or equivalent. Additional credentials in HR, marketing, program management, or CRM/Sales, would be considered an asset
- Three or more years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, HRIS systems, event marketing, program management, and/or project management, ideally with a CPG or manufacturing organization, and preferably with a company that has gone through a significant period of growth
- A strong bias for action Demonstrated acumen for gathering data and drawing analyses and conclusions from that data.
- Technical aptitude working in a CRM or ATS environment. Specific familiarity with Indeed, LinkedIn, and Workday will be an asset.
- Excellent Excel skills
- Provide assistance with first-day orietations as needed.
- Familiarity with trends and insights in Talent Acquisition, and an interest in exploring ideas and philosophies around employment brand and culture, direct sourcing, marketing strategy, and candidate experience
