The Senior Epic Consultant is a key member of PivotPoint's Tier 2 Managed Service Division, responsible for configuring, managing, and supporting clinical applications within the Epic electronic health record (EHR) software for healthcare clients. This role involves handling support and maintenance tickets, performing routine builds, participating in on-call rotations, and working on special projects such as Epic Upgrades.
